How do you sanitize?


All tools are thoroughly scrubbed with a cleaning solution before being immersed in a germicidal detergent and sanitizer specially formulated for use by pet professionals to eliminate pet bacteria, viruses, and fungi.

Do I have to be home?


Nope! For recurring service, we’ll stop by and do our thing whether you’re home or not as long as we can access your yard.

For initial and one-time cleanups, it’s helpful (but not necessary) if someone is available to point out all the active areas.

Can I pick my recurring day?


We always provide a few different service day options for you to choose from and will do our best to accommodate your top choice.

We’ll also send a courtesy text before we arrive.

How do I pay?


We’ll send you a welcome e-mail with a link to our payment platform. You can pick which payment method you want to use, review your invoices, and view your billing history.

If you’re someone who prefers to pay via cash or check, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate alternative payments.

Can I modify my service?


Yes — you can easily add, modify, or skip services at any time by texting us or emailing us at support@tidy-yard.com.

Can dogs be out during service?


We love dogs, but they can sometimes be unpredictable — especially when a stranger starts wandering around the yard.

While it’s best to keep them inside during service whenever possible, it’s unlikely to be much of an issue if a calm pup is loose.
